Shipment Status update & assignment
Assigning shipment to a driver for pickup and delivery or updating shipment status is very easy from the Transporter shipment management tool.
Transporter just need to choose the Driver (from added driver list) & Vehicle (from added Vehicle list) to move the shipment
Choose any new location with date/time and new shipment status and the same will be visible on the shipment tracking page

Home Page
System web home page comes up with top menu, banner, shipping categories and services information. User will move from the menu navigation to the system.
Add Shipment Category
Add Shipment process starts with choosing a category. Here customers choose a category and start adding a shipment.
New Shipment Details
The first step of adding shipment details. Here customer chooses the number of shipments he is going to add along with other details like shipment dimensions, weight, price etc.
New Shipment Second Step
Here customers fill out the pickup and delivery dates along with vehicle type and other information. The same info will be shown on the shipment detail page. Where the transporter can see and do the appropriate activities.
Find Shipment
Powerful find shipment page. Here transporter can see all shipments which are available to bid. The transporter can filter and sort the shipments as per their needs. This page has all kinds of filters like location, weight, category, listed by, pickup/delivery location etc.

Transporter and customer both can see the shipment details. All entered values while adding the shipment can be seen here.
Transporter Profile Section
This page belongs to the transporter profile. Where customers can see all information related to transport like about transport, location, type of services, vehicles, reviews, past history etc. The customer can also submit a review in case he used transporter services.
My Shipment - Customer
My shipment list is under the customer panel. Customers can sort shipments by status i.e. Pending, Assigned, Completed, Cancelled, etc. From this page, customers can also update shipment values as well as can delete the shipment.
Shipment Details - Customer
On this page customers can see everything that belongs to a shipment. Things like shipment status, transporter details, driver details, vehicle details, quote list etc. Customers can also accept or reject shipments right from this page.
Customer Profile
A customer profile can show everything about a customer. From adding Shipment to rating etc. The transporter can also check customer history from this section.
My Shipment - Transporter
My shipment list for transport, where the user can all shipments he is transporting. On this page, user can also search or filter the data according to shipment status. Apart from this, from this page transporter can assign a shipment to a driver or can update shipment status from Picked up to In Transit or Delivered.
My Quotes - Transporter
Transporter my quote section. Where users can see all quotes they gave so far or any active shipment quote list. User can update the quote values or can sort the filter according to type
My Vehicles - Transporter
Transporter can add or manage Vehicles from this section.
My Drivers - Transporter
Transporter can add or manage Drivers from this section. Can also sort it using the type or number.

Customer Profile
Customers can see their my account after login into the customer panel. Where they can manage shipments, payments, profile section etc. Also, customer can check shipment status and track right into his my account.
Auction bidding
System comes with reverse auction bidding feature. Where Individuals and businesses post items (shipments) and providers of transport services can bid just on them. Then customer can Reject or Accept the shipment to proceed with it.
Shipment Tracking
Both customers can transporter can track the shipment on the system. Where customer can see the shipment tracking status including history and transporter can update the shipment status from his my account.
Quote Compare
After adding the shipment customer starts getting quotes from different transporters. In thier my account customer can see and compare all quotes. As well as customer can Reject or Accept any quote and confirm the booking by paying the booking amount.
